Computer Recycling in Gibraltar

Computers and other electronic equipment such as mobile phones can contain hazardous substances such as lead, mercury, chromium, cadmium, and beryllium.  Fortunately for the environment, much of this equipment and/or their components can be recycled and/or reused.

Recycle.gi can collect your old and broken IT equipment and send them off to be taken apart.  Then parts of this IT equipment (where possible) is actually re-used by computer technicians to fix other computers (which means they get free parts too :) )

We then send any plastic, steel, and other parts for recycling.  We try to make sure that even the oldest and most broken IT equipment is recycled to some level.

Any working IT equipment we collect we give to local schools or charities in Gibraltar.

We will certify everything we recycle/donate.
